What I liked was the amount of privacy, but the bath could only be used once and after getting cold I was left with just a shower, and despite being advertised as a hot spring there were no mineral qualities at all, which felt very dubious; the TV never worked and I chose this place for the first time only to discover I couldn’t watch anything, even though nearby hotels at the same price let guests use the pool freely and watch TV without any signal issues, and the claim that you could watch TV from a parked car turned out to be a complete lie.

“相対的には満足”

Breakfast was generous, tasty, and pet‑friendly, making it easy for our dog to settle in, and the surprise treats like candy and omikuji plus the well‑stocked amenities were a nice touch, yet the mattress felt too soft and thin, the TV was dead and the Wi‑Fi, while present, gave a weak cellular signal, and running the air‑conditioner in the room made the air extremely dry.

The inn staff were courteous and the amenities, especially the fluffy towels, were excellent, but the room still had pet hair left from a previous guest’s animal and the comforter carried a faint odor.

The indoor play area meant we could have fun even in rain, but overall the place catered to foreign tourists with prices that were shockingly high for the quality, every staff member—including reception—spoke only foreign languages making Japanese communication difficult, the private onsen never stayed warm and was lukewarm, and it didn’t operate in the mornings at all (the water was cold).

The crew always wore smiles and, despite being all foreigners, they really tried to converse in Japanese; the Western‑style breakfast was tasty. However, the bathing options were limited to a timed open‑air pool or a 24‑hour shower room, and when heading to the pool you have to change into slippers that get soaked because there’s no changing area, plus you end up using the previous guests’ wet slippers, which was unpleasant, and the slippers at the entrance were also dirty; the room TV didn’t receive any terrestrial channels, the hotel’s food seemed made entirely for foreigners and was priced far too high.
