“The place should notbe booked. There are illegal foreigners used as caretakers. They are dirty too.”

Nothing good to say, the pictures are misleading. The owner, a rude lady, told me to stop complaining, shouted at me on the phone, and told me where to get off. She has foreign workers with no documents in South Africa, looking suspicious. A guy slept on a couch and my door had no lock, so he could open it whenever he liked. The place was filthy, dust everywhere. Nicole, the owner, is the worst to help because she doesn’t care. There was no parking; we had to park on the road with no security. The house has endless stairs, no wheelchair access, a dirty yard, and it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The room doors had no locks. We were woken at 3 am to move so another vehicle could pass. When we arrived the room was dusty, never cleaned, the bed was made on the spot, and the brown dirty linens were from another room. A guy was sleeping in the lounge, which was the scariest part. That house is just not acceptable.
