Everything was great, except the lamp in the restroom needed fixing.

It was clean, but the shower in my room had no curtain, so water splashed onto the floor and made it very slippery and unsafe, and there was no fridge in the room.

I booked online for two rooms for me and a colleague, paid everything, and got confirmation. To my surprise, when I arrived I was told only one room was available and that it was all my fault. When I asked the manager why the system wasn’t updated, he said he had updated it and wouldn’t refund me because he would only get the money 10 days later. It was too late; I had no money left to book another room. I was worried, had no plan, and after making noise and filming what was happening, he finally decided to refund me. I had to find another place to stay, but fortunately I did.

The pool was a highlight, but there was no water in the morning, which was a real let‑down, and the management seemed terrible; they only gave one towel per room.
