Everything is very good, but the staff, while friendly, aren’t very helpful. We asked them to book a taxi and were told to do it ourselves. The staff are not cooperative but very kind.

The location was spot on—just a 10‑minute bus ride to Kyoto Station. The room was roomy and spotless, and every amenity we needed was there. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is incredibly close to many attractions, with plenty of bus stops and dining options within a kilometer of Kyoto’s center. The staff were super helpful and nice, but the bed was uncomfortable and hard, which made sleeping difficult.
