The location was a bit off, and the service, facilities, value for money, and cleanliness were all disappointing; the owner, an ex‑army man, should know what cleanliness and discipline mean, yet we couldn’t reach him on WhatsApp when no one was available on site, and he never responded, which shows a lack of discipline.
