“Bad experience . Will not repeat to stay here. Never”
It’s close to the night market, but the staff offered no help for the broken air‑conditioner, telling us to open the window instead—an odd suggestion at night. Mosquitoes and thieves would be a problem, and the air was stuffy. They didn’t provide a stand fan or a room change, and the floor and furniture were dusty, showing poor upkeep.
The location was fine, but carrying heavy luggage up was a struggle, making it unsuitable for older guests or those with mobility issues. The towel was worn, no hairdryer was supplied, the heater didn’t work well, and the balcony light was broken.
The bed was uncomfortable and left me with a horrible backache. The room was small but very clean. The air‑conditioning either didn’t work or worked poorly and seemed uncleaned, so I ended up with sinusitis the next day. For the same price, I could have had great comfort 30 m further away.
There was no WiFi, and the beds looked like the sheets had only been changed last year.
