Breakfast, parking and Wi‑Fi were fine, but the overall standard fell short of what a three‑star hotel should offer—no proper reception, just handwritten name cards with keys, an unmarked back‑door entrance, only two towels and no shower gel or similar toiletries. The navigation led me to the wrong part of Hartberg; I only found the hotel thanks to some very kind people who drove ahead and escorted me to a building in a different section of Hartberg. There may be a restaurant on site, but it was closed during my stay and I wasn’t warned, so I spent a lot of time wandering Hartberg looking for a place with a parking lot, which ended up being a futile effort that left me at the outskirts of Hartberg in front of a McDonald’s.
