The place was comfortable, the rooms were large, especially room 19. The bathroom is slippery; if there were any plastic pieces to prevent slipping, it would help.
Everything was perfect, and I couldn't find anything to complain about.
This hotel is right in the city center, which is super convenient. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I also loved the breakfast - it was delicious. And the restaurant on site has an amazing view, with tasty food and drinks. I didn't really have any complaints, everything was great.

The hotel’s location was convenient and the room cleaning was good. The breakfast was awful. On the 5th floor the restaurant was cold (the room was +15, I was wearing a jacket). Because there were few guests, the buffet was cancelled and guests were served individually in advance, so the food was cold. The table offered cheap starch yogurt, jam, biscuits, bread, butter, 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of cheap stale sausage. On request, hot tea, an egg and 2 cheap sausages were brought in cellophane! No country I’ve been to has such a pitiful breakfast. In the room, sewage leaked. Everything that was flushed in the restaurant’s toilet rose up in my room (restaurant on the 5th floor, my room on the 4th). The balcony door didn’t close. There was a fire ladder on the balcony and anyone could climb into my room from outside. That’s why I slept poorly.

I stayed in this hotel in Gyumri and it was pretty cool, the location is right in the center which made exploring easy. The rooms were comfy and the staff were super helpful and friendly. That being said, I thought the price was a bit steep compared to what you get, but if you weigh it against everything else, it's not a deal breaker.
