Breakfast was a bit weak, and the room was missing a fridge, a fan, and a few more pieces of furniture, but otherwise it was acceptable. The staff were charming and super friendly, which we really appreciated, and the pool was fine. I liked everything, but a little more upkeep would make it even better.

The staff were very good, and the location was also excellent. Our room should not have been assigned to anyone. The curtain didn’t fit the window, the towel holder was broken so towels would hang down into the toilet if used, there was no curtain in the toilet window, which was right up against a construction scaffold, the shower head was broken so it only worked in one position and only a third of it was functional, and the handheld shower could not be swapped or was unsafe.

“Please don’t stay here. Photo’s are a scam”

The staff were decent. The reality was far from the photos: a very old building, a broken toilet knob, only one light working, an unclean bed, a floor that hadn’t been swept, a pool that hadn’t been cleaned, and a bad smell. We paid at check‑in but couldn’t wait there for 10 minutes. We checked out within two hours and received no refund; the counter staff simply apologized.

“Work on cleaning”

We stayed in a room with a sofa that was large and nice. I booked exactly this room because of the bathtub shown in the pictures, but in reality they didn’t even clean it for us, which completely ruined the experience.
