The place is clean and comfortable.

The location is good. The toilets and the bathroom are outside the room even though it says “private bathroom”!

The environment is clean and welcoming. The staff responds remotely to every need. The only downside is the lack of an elevator because it’s an “old” building, but it offers an excellent pedestrian route.

A great choice if you're planning day trips around Genoa – the location is really strategic. Both the room and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the room itself was cozy and pleasant. Communication with the host was smooth, quick, and helpful throughout. We'd happily stay here again
