“A peaceful oasis with a personal touch!”

I can’t think of a better place to stay in Tbilisi! The owner, Natia, made me feel totally at home in her beautiful property, clearly pouring love and effort into the guesthouse; the rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated, with huge, comfortable beds; the breakfast buffet is ample and delicious every day—Natia cooks everything herself with love and care, offering amazing cakes, pancakes, hot and cold savory dishes, and a chance to try Georgian pickled foods and cheeses; it’s on a quiet street just a five‑minute walk from the end of the main shopping and museum street and five minutes to the Mtatsminda cable car that takes you up to the park; the staff are incredibly helpful and informed; I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return next year.

The location is convenient, about 250 m from the nearest metro station; the room is spacious and clean, the bed is wide and comfortable, the plumbing is new, and it’s quiet at night; breakfasts are tasty and filling, with fresh pastries and good coffee, and the host is very hospitable and pleasant to talk to, with friendly staff.

Everything liked, including the location (close to the metro), the many tasty Georgian restaurants nearby, but most of all I loved the host’s attitude toward guests and the very tasty homemade breakfasts; if you enjoy coziness and comfort, this is a great option for a stop in Tbilisi; on my next visit I’ll definitely choose this hotel. No negatives.

The property is very welcoming, situated on a cul‑de‑sac where free parking is available; the city center isn’t far and can be reached comfortably on foot; the rooms are spacious and well‑furnished, as is the rest of the complex; breakfast is excellent and plentiful, prepared directly by the proprietor; each day we could taste and appreciate a variety of dishes; excellent value for money. Nothing negative.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, and the owner are all great; it can be noisy if you have egocentric neighbors.
