The building feels old and worn, with all the paint faded and a general lack of upkeep inside the rooms and outside. We cut our stay short to move to another hotel, though the location is excellent.

The stay was great! The setting is very welcoming amid nature, and the lodge’s restaurant offers a superb menu. I especially appreciated the service there; the waiters were polite and helpful. The rooms, however, could use a TV.

The location is spot‑on! I found the bathroom cramped and the room in need of structural maintenance—walls need repainting, the bed mattress is old with one side very soft, and the sheets are also worn. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, like more breads, cakes, and pastries.
