The hotel was disorganized, untidy, the breakfast had no options, the bathroom lacked a drain, it was very old and run‑down, and it felt like staying in an old village house—overall a bad experience.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception looked more like a warehouse than a front desk, with bags and parcels constantly stored there, giving a chaotic vibe. The front desk was often occupied by people who didn’t seem to be guests; they smoked, spoke loudly, and used vulgar language, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I didn’t feel safe there, as the general ambiance and the behavior of some individuals made me uneasy. The nearby bar added to the noise, especially at night, ruining the calm and comfort for guests. Cleanliness was severely lacking—I found cockroaches and ants, which is unacceptable in a hotel. Breakfast was also a disappointment: the coffee was burnt and the overall quality of the food was very poor. The only bright spot was the staff’s kindness; they remained courteous and helpful, but that didn’t make up for the many shortcomings of the property. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was great, with a nice buffet and friendly staff both at the restaurant and the reception. The only issue was that I was told there would be a free shuttle, but I ended up spending 3/4 of an hour at the airport searching for it on a very hot day, which was very disappointing. The staff made up for it afterward, but the free shuttle was advertised incorrectly and I couldn’t get a refund, which was a big let‑down. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and everything else was good.
