The location was good and the staff were pleasant to chat with. Initially, they tried to assign us a cheaper room than what we paid for, which I noticed when they clicked the rooms and the prices appeared. They later “upgraded” us to a balcony room, but we had to insist on a change because the bathroom didn’t work—there was no flush, etc. Those issues should have been checked before giving the room to guests.
