The hotel is nicely located and the staff were friendly. However, the Wi‑Fi in our room was essentially unusable, even though the hotel advertised free Wi‑Fi everywhere. I needed to work in the evening, and simple tasks that should have taken minutes took hours. I reported the problem during our stay, and a staff member kindly tried restarting the router, but that didn’t fix it. We were offered the Wi‑Fi in the restaurant/reception area, which worked somewhat better, but that wasn’t practical when I needed to work from around 5 a.m. The next morning we also couldn’t download the cycling maps we needed for our onward journey. What disappointed me most was how the issue was handled afterward. The hotel acknowledged in writing that the Wi‑Fi signal in our room had been poor, but still declined any partial refund or goodwill adjustment. They also suggested that because I later posted a Google review, I must have had internet access…even though that review was posted later, when I had a working connection again. Technical problems happen, and I don’t expect perfection. But when an advertised amenity isn’t reasonably usable and the guest reports it during the stay, I would expect the hotel to acknowledge the inconvenience and make some effort to put things right. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here.

We liked every little thing about the stay in this hotel. It was spotless, the accommodation was great, the room was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and the food exceeded our expectations. We had the most amazing holidays this first time in Peloponnese.
