Supreme Inn Boston

The location met our needs and the breakfast was well cooked. However, the hallways had flickering lights, missing ceiling panels on the upper floor, grubby and outdated decor, a damp smell, unsealed bathroom flooring, and mouldy grout around the bath and shower.

The staff were pleasant and friendly, yet the cleanliness was lacking: mouldy shower hose, grubby bath/shower, limescale on taps, a smelly room, uncomfortable beds, and disruptive noise from neighboring rooms and the environment. The food, though freshly cooked, was terrible and inedible. I booked for 2 nights, stayed only one, and couldn't stay the second night. Contact attempts for a refund failed: the provided number was useless, app messages promised a team would address it, but after 2 weeks there was no reply or refund. Avoid.

“Awful”

The staff were pleasant, but the overall cleanliness was poor: mouldy shower hose, grubby bath/shower, limescale on all taps, a smelly room, uncomfortable beds, and disruptive noise from adjacent rooms and the surroundings. The food, though freshly cooked, was terrible and inedible. I booked for 2 nights, stayed only one, and could not sleep there for the second night. Attempts to get a refund failed; I was given a phone number that didn't work, and app messages promised a team would handle it, yet after 2 weeks there was no response or refund. Avoid.

“The hotel is ok but the bathroom wasn’t clean, there were toothpaste, hair and nails on the floor”

The location was good, but the cleanliness was lacking.
