The location was excellent.

Clean. Good location. Quick check‑in. The building is dated, the elevator is old, and the interior walls of room 2 definitely need painting. In room 6 the window handle is broken. All in all, a bit of small maintenance and we’re good!

The spot was right next to Via Toledo, and the staff were very kind.

The spot was spot‑on in the heart of Naples, but the wardrobe was missing for a triple room – even if it were a double. There was only one water bottle for the three of us and just two coffee pods. Even though it was a courtesy service, it would have made sense to provide everything for all three. In the bathroom the towel rack was broken – as soon as you put the towel on it, the pole fell!
