“とてもいい旅のひと時を過ごせました”
The front desk staff were very polite, the bath was kept clean, and towels, toothbrushes, and other necessities were always available; nothing negative.

The bath was made of hinoki and had a nice atmosphere; the breakfast buffet was tasty, but the side dishes were cold and there was no microwave, which was disappointing.
