Overall, it was a pretty poor experience. The facilities didn't live up to the ads at all - no breakfast, despite it being included in the booking. The room and toilet were barely cleaned, and the quilt was woefully inadequate for the cold weather. And don't even get me started on the old, unhygienic towels.

The service was absolutely appalling - no support, false bookings, and no refund on the booking amount despite multiple complaints. It was a really bad experience, to say the least.

Not impressed with the cleanliness - the linen wasn't clean and the bathrooms were a mess too. That's pretty much all I have to say.
