The toilets were very dirty and there was no value for the money spent; the staff were nonexistent, and there was no morning tea or coffee setup, forcing me to walk in the rain about 100 metres just to get a hot drink—completely disappointing. Everything from the toilets to the bedsheets, overall cleanliness, hygiene, and service was subpar.
