The apartments are for those who love cleanliness. Everything is spotless, floors shine. The house has everything you need: kettle, microwave, dishes, iron, fridge, washing machine. The house has its own separate entrance and a small courtyard with a long clothesline for drying after a shower. At +33 °C on the first floor it’s cool despite no AC. I once fell asleep on the sofa and even froze, but the sofa isn’t meant for sleeping; the seat is curved, you can’t lie on your side unless you’re on your back. The second floor is warmer but still not hot. Two beds on the second floor have different mattresses: one is firmer, the other softer. The mattresses aren’t Askona or ORMATEK but are normal, regular mattresses. At night the courtyard lights on automatically, motion sensors are installed. The central street is a 7‑minute walk away, with a gas station, fast food, grocery stores, and many barbecue places and restaurants, so you won’t go hungry. The Tbilisi reservoir is a 20‑minute walk. There’s no highway or traffic noise near the house. The host is a pleasant Russian‑speaking person who lives nearby. If there are plumbing or other problems, help will arrive quickly. Overall, I recommend the place 👍
