It is in an excellent location, with spacious areas both inside and in the garden. The Ginestra 6 apartment we stayed in needs maintenance: there are non‑working power outlets, bulbs that need replacing, and large moisture stains in both the master bedroom and the living room.

Nothing good. The apartment was totally neglected and did not match the photos on Booking; it was dirty, infested with bugs, and construction was happening right next to our unit, so we couldn’t even open the window. During our short stay a dog entered the apartment, triggering a severe allergic reaction in one of our group members. We left as soon as we saw the condition, because it didn’t meet basic hygiene and health standards and it was impossible to stay there.

The property sits in green, in a very quiet area, well‑maintained and clean, equipped with everything needed and a well‑lit guard. I really appreciated the hand soap and the good quality shower in the bathroom. The managers were available and courteous.

The clean, orderly, spacious facility is perfect for a relaxed getaway. By car you can reach all the beaches (Golfo di Baratti) and tourist spots like Suvereto in just a few minutes. The area is a bit isolated and lacks bars and restaurants. It would be convenient to have a dishwasher in the kitchen for better cleanliness. The pots are a bit worn and should be replaced. Providing a bicycle service for guests would help reach the nearest beaches.
