The location, the friendliness of the staff, and the drinks available in the lobby are positives. However, the TV stays on all the time in the lobby, and there is a lack of knives and small spoons in the kitchen.

Conveniently close to convenience stores and restaurants, there is an all‑you‑can‑drink option and a gaming area that made my grandchild happy. The downside was that at check‑in, they didn’t inform me that breakfast would be available, so I went to a nearby convenience store to buy it, only to find out the next day that breakfast would be ready.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, making the stay very comfortable. In the lobby, free drinks were available and a Nintendo 64 kept the kids entertained. The staff’s list of recommended restaurants was helpful, and although I didn’t have time to try them this time, the sushi place looked delicious and I plan to visit next time. When I jammed a coin into the washing machine, it jammed and stopped working, but a staff member rushed over within about 30 minutes and fixed it; I was grateful. There were two machines in total, so the other one worked fine.
The location is very close to Beppu Station, and Tanji Kide is nearby and convenient! The room is fairly spacious, though the level of tidiness is average, and the price is relatively affordable.
The parking was cheap and available, which made it a good deal.
