The hotel is charming with a wonderful view, but walking to anything is impossible. It’s very expensive for what it offers; the spa opens only for very limited hours, the pool shuts at 20:00 and sometimes is inaccessible in the morning because of cleaning, which was very disappointing. Getting a drink or a bite near the pool is a hassle, the dinner was underwhelming and not very kid‑friendly.

The exterior is impeccable, the room is spacious, bright, and decoratively understated. The location is perfect for visiting Alpa Di Suisi Castelrotto and close to many attractions, and the varied breakfast features excellent products. The evening dining, however, is a drawback with poor value for money at the hotel restaurant.

The property is fabulous! The staff are warm and make you feel at home. The highlight is definitely the chef, whose Michelin‑star worthy cuisine makes us want to return for sure.

The pool, facilities and view were great and Daniëlle was very friendly; breakfast and dinner were good and the place was reasonably dog‑friendly. However, the hotel sits on a busy through‑road, the room cost over €400.00 per night and we couldn’t use the balcony because of the noise, which was very annoying, and it was hard to find a spot to let the dog out.
