Location. We booked two rooms, and both had broken microwaves. When we asked staff, they said they had no spare units and suggested we eat at the restaurant instead. They never followed up on the issue or communicated with us after it was raised.

Great value for money restaurant. Rooms are very clean, spacious, and have minimal outside noise. The bathroom is a bit cramped.
