We had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was also great, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore. However, the only downside was that it was freezing cold in our room. We had to bundle up just to stay warm, and it made for a pretty uncomfortable night's sleep.

I loved the cozy wooden paneling and the beautiful shared spaces with stunning views. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made a big difference to my stay. It was a bit chilly in December, but the thick blankets provided were a lifesaver.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not suitable for older people due to its height. The rooms are located on the 5th floor, and the stairs are a real challenge. I can imagine it would be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. Otherwise, I don't have any other complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the cozy room and the helpful front desk manager, Mr. Bikram. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and the room was just what we were looking for - a relaxing retreat after a long day.

The manager and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the heated flooring was a lovely touch. The views of the snow-capped mountains were breathtaking, and the common areas were cozy and inviting. Plus, the value for money was excellent. Everything was just perfect.
