The spot is in Cholula downtown, right next to the main square. The cleaning was poor and the towels smelled. It wasn't very comfortable. The staff could only be reached by messaging, but no one was on site. It used to feel like a 9/10 long ago, but the quality has dropped.

It was quiet and the staff was helpful yet unobtrusive. The only downside was that there was no hot water.

The whole hotel was clean, and the calmness in the room, hallway, and garden was noticeable. There was a space to prepare coffee, a garden with chairs and a table to spend the afternoon, everything was great. The pillows were a bit too high.
