The spacious and immaculately clean tent provided us with a sense of tranquility, and the air conditioning and hot shower were a welcome respite from the heat.
The location of this campsite was fantastic, right next to the river.
The staff was also incredibly friendly and kind, making our stay feel all the more relaxing and enjoyable.
We were thoroughly enamored with the stunning river views, which were truly breathtaking in their beauty and serenity.

“Siamo stati benissimo.”
The view from the luxury tent was very appealing, although the river’s flow can make it hard to sleep for those sensitive to noise. Breakfast and dinner were genuinely special and always delicious. Even the take‑away breakfast we had for the Safari was rich and exquisite. The staff were consistently very kind. The relaxation area and pool were lovely. Drinks were extra but priced fairly. We felt very relaxed during our stay. The tents tend to be cold at night, especially the bathroom area, but we solved that with the hot air split. The pool was a bit dirty, probably because the summer season hadn’t started yet. The wooden loungers were uncomfortable. The real issue was the road to the tents: you enter through a gate and the path to the reception is fine, but from the reception to the tent village the road is in terrible condition, full of potholes, which is a shame because fixing it would really improve the property.
I liked everything about the place; it really met my expectations. I don’t have any negatives—everything was perfect.
This is a hidden gem for anyone wanting to escape the city buzz. The staff were so friendly that it was hard to leave. I didn’t like having to leave.
“Overall, the venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and the natural surroundings made for a relaxing”
When we arrived, the check‑in was a letdown. The receptionist just pointed us toward the tents and didn’t offer much help. After asking for assistance, we were told someone would come, but after about 20 minutes we had to ask again. She then had a gardener give us directions, which made the three of us—women traveling alone—feel uneasy. No one accompanied us to the tents. Even after arriving, we still needed more information about the accommodation and facilities, which wasn’t provided. I was assigned Tent No. 12. The tent itself was clean, but the bedding had visible stains and the shower wasn’t properly cleaned. I mentioned the shower floor to a staff member at breakfast and asked for it to be cleaned, but the breakfast itself was disappointing. The food seemed hastily prepared, lacked flavor, and the presentation was poor, which spoiled the dining experience. Improving the preparation, quality, and visual appeal of the buffet would make a big difference. Overall, the venue itself was absolutely beautiful and the natural surroundings made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but the service and housekeeping need better attention to match the setting. With better guest assistance, catering, and cleanliness, the experience would be exceptional.
“Best way to relax and experience nature”
The tent accommodation give a different but beautiful experience. The fact that the rooms bu the riverside make the experience even more memorable. I also enjoyed The 3 course meal for dinner. I wish there was a bath instead of just a shower
