I was able to enter before the scheduled time because the room was vacant, which was fine. I liked that it’s a block away from the terminal and right in the center of Tecolutla, with many nice places to eat and everything close to the sea and the river. The bathroom was a bit small and uncomfortable for bathing, and suddenly the water pressure dropped. The TV, although a bit old, was still visible. There was no Wi‑Fi.

I was thrilled by the spot—just a block from downtown—and everything else was fine, nothing to complain about.

The place sits nicely, and the front desk staff are friendly, except for Mr. Q who is on duty in the mornings and was very rude while moving cars. The hotel feels very neglected: the Wi‑Fi is practically unusable, the TV is an old model with no channels (no cable or local TV), and the parking lot is tiny. The heating only turns on from 20:00 to 7:00 am.

The housekeeping and reception teams are kind, but they can’t fix the hotel’s shortcomings. There’s no cable, the pool is dirty, the beds are hard, and the air‑conditioning isn’t respected.
