The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient for walking around Dumaguete, and the hotel generally offered the expected services. However, the room comfort was disappointing for the price: the air‑conditioning was very noisy, the room had no real exterior window, there was insufficient light, the shower was unsatisfactory, and housekeeping was sometimes irregular. I also found very small ants in the bed during my last night.
