The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms spotless, and the location scored a 10—just a short walk from the SITA bus station and a few meters from Corso Italia; I recommend it without hesitation.

I was thrilled with the rooftop pool and the convenience of the location. The price was great value for money and everything was close by. The bus and train station were only 5 minutes away, and the city centre was a 15 minute walk. The rooftop pool was a bit too closed off; it was open from 9 am to 7 pm, so we couldn’t try it out, but we finally managed to get in and saw something amazing there.

Good location. The staff need to learn how to smile and make guests feel welcomed. But again, it’s not just here in this hotel; it seems to be the case everywhere we encountered in Italy. Very few smiles, sharp answers to questions you might have about taxis, bus drivers, stores, restaurants, etc. Customer service treatment is lacking.

We were greeted very warmly. The concierge spoke Italian, English, and Spanish, which made communication a breeze. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, far larger than most rooms in Italy, very clean, with an excellent shower and air‑conditioning. The breakfast was simply wordless: perfect and complete. The proximity to the historic centre and the train station makes this hotel in a perfect spot. I highly recommend it.
