“The only upside is the private Onsen.”
The private Onsen was fantastic and beautiful, and they gave us a lift from the station. There was no hot water in our room, the sheets and towels smelled musty, and they messaged us first to say breakfast was included in our plan, then dinner, then at last minute that no food was included and we had to find our own, by that time we were almost there. There was no food in the area so we didn't eat a meal the whole time we were there. Also the air conditioning made a horrible noise even when turned off. Staff seemed to not care when we spoke to them about it.

食事の品数が多くて、食べきれません。. 駐車場から荷物やスキーを運ぶのに苦労した。 ホテルの裏から階段を上って、エレベーターで2階へ。 スキーとスキー靴は、2階のフロントから階段を降りて乾燥室へ。 帰りも乾燥室からホテルの裏に運ぶルートが大変苦労しました。
