The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains were fantastic, giving us a great sleep. The staff were very helpful and polite. Hammersmith Underground station was about 5‑6 minutes away from the hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro, and the room was small but had good beds and excellent housekeeping. The towels were large, warm, and the bath products—shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion—were great. The room also had large, nice wine glasses and champagne glasses. Coffee and water were refilled daily. The pub had a nice vibe and the back garden was pleasant. However, there was no elevator, so many stairs led to the room on the top floor. Luckily we were traveling with a backpack, so it wasn’t a problem, but for someone with a large, heavy suitcase and poor health, it would be exhausting to climb up. I suspect the staff would be willing to help.

The proximity to the tube station, the beautiful bathroom, and the lovely neighborhood setting made it perfect.
