The food and the room facilities were excellent, though the bathroom was a bit small.

I spent April 13 and 14 at Lavendish Hotel in Galle with a friend and it was a very pleasant stay; the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and supportive all the way, and the location was convenient and relaxing, making it a great experience and good value for money. The only small hiccup was that the hotel asked for full payment at check‑in, which was a bit unexpected, but overall everything else was smooth and pleasant.

The room felt like a high‑end hotel for the price, with lovely beds and a perfectly working air‑con. No complaints, just a great stay!
