“Great communication ❤️”

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when I booked at the last minute. They went above and beyond to assist me, and their communication was top-notch. While the boat did get hot, which is understandable given the climate, I would still highly recommend booking with them.

I was initially impressed when the hotel staff contacted me via WhatsApp to organize a pickup, which was a great touch. However, things took a turn for the worse when the pickup was delayed by 40 minutes and I received no response to my inquiries. To make matters worse, the boat stopped in the middle of the sea for 40 minutes without any explanation, and I ended up getting seasick and having to cancel the trip due to my condition.

Unfortunately, my experience with the ferry boat was a disaster from the start. The boat was small and overcrowded, and it broke down just 10 minutes into the ride, causing a 3-hour delay and chaos. However, I must commend the staff for their efforts to get us on new boats and continue our journey.

“Avoid at all costs”

Unfortunately, my experience with the ferry was a stressful and disappointing one. The staff had a terrible attitude towards answering questions, and the ferry left 1.5 hours late, arriving at Gili Air at 6 pm, which was an hour and a half later than advertised. To make matters worse, there was nothing positive to speak of during my trip.
