Citadines Roces Quezon City

“Exception get in QC”

Room was spacious, tidy, and very comfortable; staff were very accommodating and helpful; the shower had exceptional pressure and stayed warm the entire time, the bed was so comfortable I woke up feeling very rested; the room was well tidied and a container of fresh purified water was provided; the price was phenomenal for the condition of the room—definitely up there with some of the best I’ve stayed in, would give 10/10 and stay again. Noisy staff in the morning when I was trying to sleep, woke me up by hallway staff outside my room; movies didn’t work on the TV so I had nothing good to watch before bed.

The location was great and everyone was friendly and pleasant. I wish they offered a breakfast option when booking.

The internet could be better; the connection was weak.

“A Homey hotel”

I rented an apartment‑style room that was spacious enough, and after a nearby surgery the staff at Citadines Roces were very accommodating. The pool is a good size for both kids and adults, and the staff are helpful. The menu feels a bit pricey for locals, there’s no buffet for those who want one, and it’s unusual that the lobby is on the 8th floor.

“Great, refreshing and fun.”

The hotel is close to excellent restaurants and cafés, and there were no problems.
