“Krásný hotel s luxusní snídaní”
We love this hotel mainly for the breakfasts and its central location :) However, this time we were on the third floor 😂 and there was a bit of mildew in the shower.

Nice, fresh rooms, good service, but no elevator and steep internal stairs.

The location was fine, but the room was too small for three people, and the bathroom was tiny. The front‑desk staff were generally correct, except for the morning shift girl on the day we arrived who was not friendly at all. We arrived at 10 am, the room wasn’t ready (which we expected), but she told us to leave our bags at reception, saying they would keep them until check‑in. When we returned at check‑in time, the bags were still there, in the middle of the hallway, where anyone passing by—like people leaving the bar—could have taken them.

The front desk was super helpful. The hotel’s attached brunch spot has a fantastic breakfast/brunch menu and one of the best coffees I’ve ever had; I don’t know what they use, but it’s just good! The location is a short walk from the main sights, not too far. I enjoy walking, so it was fine. The only downside was that my bed’s mattress was a bit lopsided, probably from the pressure of previous guests, but it didn’t affect my sleep quality.

The hotel is only a 5‑minute walk from the historic centre, which is great. The room, however, feels cramped and poorly arranged: the bed on one side is glued to the wall, forcing anyone on the opposite side to step over it to leave, and there's a wardrobe right in front of it. The TV is mounted on the wall next to the bed, so you can only watch it from one angle, and it only offers Czech channels. There’s no elevator, so you have to climb stairs—especially after a day of guided tours, that adds up to about 15 kilometres a day. On the last day we were forgotten about breakfast; we waited over half an hour and when it finally arrived it looked like it had been left in the kitchen, the eggs were cold even after we asked for them to be warmed, and they only arrived after three minutes. In my opinion the price doesn’t justify the location or the services offered.
