The location was great, just a short walk from the train station.
The hotel’s proximity to the train station and the water buses around Venice and the surrounding islands was spot on for us. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. The breakfast outshone what other reviews had hinted at; arriving about 15 minutes after opening gave them time to pull out the full selection.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful, but the rooms felt a little basic.
