Nothing to complain about regarding the staff’s friendliness and availability. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The noise from the ground floor, the brawl in the parking right outside our door, and the rattling in our door were not very reassuring.

The bed was very comfortable and the TV screen was large. In the bathroom, the shower head was broken and the hose was damaged, so the kids couldn’t shower on their own and I had to supervise them for safety, which was really not great.
