“Rooms filthy! AC unit never cleaned, manager a jerk only good part was John and Tom the front desk clerks!”
The only thing that made my stay worthwhile was the gentleman who worked the front desk on the night shift, John, and Tom; they were the best part of my visit. Apart from those two men and the proximity to the hospital I was heading to, I really did not like anything else about the property. When I arrived, my room didn’t even require a key to enter! The photos on the website are a straight lie. There was mold in the AC unit—I have photos and videos as proof. The blankets had cigarette holes, and I’m pretty sure I saw a lady of the night being picked up. The manager was a straight asshole; he wanted to charge me the full price of $99 without tax for Friday and Saturday, which I declined. I’ll be lucky if I don’t end up with legionnaires disease! I made do and stayed, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The only way to “secure” my door was the photos in front of the door.

The location and the morning staff were fine. I have stayed here before and it seems like they have let homeless people move in. A couple sat outside my door smoking and talking loudly at all hours. The hair dryer was broken. The bedding that should have been thrown away—stains and holes—was still there. The bed was small for two people and uncomfortable. I requested a room on the side street but it was not honored. I don’t usually complain, but this was over the top.

The room was clean. The breakfast was blah! The bathroom needed work. Whoever did the repair work in the bathroom was awful. The bathroom door was falling apart, everything was caulked and painted horribly. When we arrived I asked if they had an ice machine, they said yes. It worked the first night and never work for the next 3 days! They do not want to invest any money to fix this place up. They have too many "full timers" living there. The room next to us had their TV blasting ALL NIGHT long
Clean. Easy check‑in and check‑out. Good price. Sketchy guests outside your door all the time.
