I booked for my family, including a 9‑year‑old child, and received a super smoky room with insane toxicity levels. I asked for a change and they said no and wouldn’t refund me. I do not recommend this hotel. The service is terrible; they ignore messages, don’t answer emails, and customer support is unhelpful when things go wrong. Please avoid staying here. Unfortunately, the booking platform says it’s the hotel’s fault, so don’t stay.

Everyone on the staff was friendly and made my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied. No complaints.

Posizione ottima. Hotel pieno di facilities. Prezzo extra conveniente. Zona piena di vita ma finestre che insonorizzavano molto bene. Il bagno era un po’ datato (anche se comunque funzionale). Camere un po’ piccole

The staff were extremely helpful, and when I returned to retrieve a forgotten item, the housekeeping staff assisted kindly, which was a great relief. The price was very reasonable, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant stay. Thank you.
