Quality Inn Grand Rapids Near Downtown

It doesn’t look clean and most things in room where broken or missing

“Terrible stay”

Nothing. Jacuzzi didn't work and was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. TV did not work

Relatively close to downtown Grand Rapids and situated near a bus line to make travel easier. Despite being near a main road, the noise level wasn’t noticeable. Was not made aware that room was one of the options where it shares a door with the adjacent. Would’ve been great as a heads up to be aware and assured of quality of locks. Walla are paper thin so could hear conversations and footsteps in the hall. Bad water pressure for shower. It was half coming out of shower nozzle and half coming out of the spout while making loud high pitched rattling noises. Found a couple bugs in the bathroom and bedroom

The room was clean and qell appointed You couldn't ask for more really. They use the small pillows on the bed. Gets you by but definitely an aggravation if you use a lot of pillow normally

“Unsafe facility with no safety features or staff that cares.”

Nothing absolutely nothing! We saw a man kick a door near our room and then beat a lady when the door opened. There were no locks on the side door as you entered the building. The toilet seat wasn’t attached in our room. The linens had brown stains. The rooms and hallways smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The rude clerk refused to help or call 911 and said she could do nothing when people kicked in doors and beat the other person inside the room. We were witnesses and he targeted us next, then came out after us. We ran to our car with our belongings as fast as we could. We requested a refund because we didn’t stay there. Instead we drove over 2 hours to get home. We came to stay after a concert, but this place is so awful.
