“Poor quality service delivered”
The staff had a good approach, but the manager’s attitude was problematic and the overall experience was very pathetic.

The taps were broken, there was no water in the bathroom, the main door lock didn’t work, and the TV was dead; the blanket was torn and the hotel was horrible—never booking again, they made a fool of me.

Everything was very bad.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and supportive, but the facilities weren’t well maintained or cleaned; there were limited or no activities around the property, though it’s a walking distance from Eco Park, so you can enjoy the natural surroundings. The beds and toilets were not clean, food options were limited, but the nearby market offered a variety of choices.

The spot’s great, but the room wasn’t very clean.
