I stayed four days to visit my daughter, got a room on the second floor, and the staff were amazing; the room was large and spacious, everything was spotless and gleaming, service was excellent, I have nothing negative to report and I highly recommend it.

The location was on a quiet street, but a short walk got you to Madison Park, from where buses and the subway take you anywhere in the city. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, with a small balcony. However, there was no refrigerator or kettle for coffee in the room, and the balcony was tiny and offered no view.
