The staff, especially Dan, were friendly and thoughtful, arranging our arrival smoothly and offering restaurant reservations, visit suggestions, and practical tips; the room was spotless and the lounge was stunning. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t available.

The location was beautiful and the person who checked us in was very helpful, giving us tips on the car ferry and where to see the Jacobite steam train the next day—both options we used and became highlights of our trip. The facilities were great. Other guests didn’t respect the noise/quiet hours and stayed up very late in the dining room; the walls lack soundproofing and there’s also noise from upstairs.

The welcome was very warm and being close to Fort William was very convenient. I didn’t notice anything that bothered me, especially since the description matched what we found on site.

The owner was super friendly, even carrying our luggage upstairs and always ready to help whenever we had issues. The shared kitchen, small sauna, and drying room with a washing machine were absolutely fantastic. The beds were comfortable and parking was directly at the property. The room was very small, the bathroom could use a renovation, and the water pressure was poor. The TV was small and not a Smart TV.
