We attended a wedding there; the food and service were amazing. The room was quite dated (we stayed in a family room). There was noise from work outside early Sunday morning, though we didn’t know where the work was or its direction. We requested and paid for a 2 o’clock late checkout, yet housekeeping called twice right after 12 o’clock.

The staff were all wonderful and went out of their way to chat with us and make our kids feel at home. Jurassic Newpark was fantastic, offering plenty for the little ones to explore. The reception area looked nice, but the couches and carpets were very dated and smelled. Our room felt stuffy—no air conditioning and windows were sealed shut, only a small crack opened. Fans were available but extremely noisy and still left the room uncomfortably hot, not ideal with little babies. We didn’t sleep well throughout the stay. For the price we paid, we expected more, and the included breakfast was terrible.

Kid-friendly vibes all around! Free access to the park, the mini club, animals, and a huge inflatable castle park—no complaints at all.
