What really made a difference for us at Caption was the staff. We had to cut our stay short unexpectedly, and Piper helped us arrange a refund for the remaining night. That gesture meant a lot, and we truly appreciate Piper for going above and beyond. This single positive experience will make us book with Caption By Hyatt again in the future.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location was fantastic, right across the street from the Capitol Theatre and restaurants. The property itself was great, but we could have used more pillow options, like hard and soft ones.

The spot was spot on, right next to Central Station, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We needed a place close to the station for an early departure the next morning, and it fit the bill perfectly. Everything else was great.

The location was great, the rooms were small but functional, and the café had everything you could possibly need.
