The Superior King Room at Suite Rioverde Hotel Rionegro features a spacious layout with a king-size bed, a separate living area, and an en-suite bathroom. It offers exceptional comfort and highly rated amenities, including a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.
We had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I booked and spoke with an adviser, I explained we needed a comfortable, well‑equipped room because we were arriving after a long trip and wanted to rest. Instead, we were assigned room 209, which faces the street. Throughout the night street noise made it hard to sleep, and the bed was very loud—every movement triggered the mattress springs, which was uncomfortable after a long journey. We tried calling reception from the room to report these issues, but the phone didn’t work. The Wi‑Fi password we received belonged to another room. We also found several maintenance and cleaning problems: kitchen drawers were stained, the sink drain was broken, and the walls had stains. The next morning the hair dryer made a loud noise, smelled burnt, and almost burned my hair. These problems should have been checked before the room was handed over. They weren’t isolated incidents; many aspects directly affected our stay and, most importantly, our rest. After a long trip we expected a clean, comfortable, quiet room in good condition, but that wasn’t the case. In short, it was a very disappointing experience and the hotel should seriously review room maintenance, staff service, and overall conditions. I don’t feel I paid 300.500 for that room, which isn’t a suite.
“A good place for a corporate stay.”
It’s modern and secure. The room had all the conveniences you could imagine: blackout curtains, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The staff lacked a welcoming vibe. Hallway noise from cleaning disrupted our sleep, and there was some road noise.
The suite was very comfortable with great lighting. No air conditioning or fan, but that didn’t matter given the regional climate. Very close to the airport, just a few minutes away. The hotel’s transfer to the airport had a reasonable price. The location doesn’t offer dining options outside the hotel’s restaurant, but the food is good.
“Comodidad y buen precio”
Very close to the airport and the Río Negro.
“Muy bueno”
Super organized, immaculate. The sheet had a strange smell, so I had to spray perfume on it—maybe it wasn’t fully dry after washing.
