The room was spacious and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The meal times were very restrictive, with only a 45‑minute window and a lack of food; there was no restocking, so early guests rushed the limited supplies. The all‑inclusive claim was misleading, as daily drinks were not included. The pool was shaded, making it very cold.

The location, staff, and food were all great; everything overall was super. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and eager to fulfill every wish. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely return and can recommend the hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was really good and the location was just 100 m from the beach. I thought I had booked a hotel, but it turned out to be a hotel annex 150 m away, which I didn't like at all. In the evening anyone could enter the building; the entrance door was always open. For dinner the first and second courses could use improvement, but the vegetable buffet was excellent.

The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning didn't work properly on the first day, but within 30 minutes the issue was fixed even though it was already 19 pm. Whenever I asked questions, the responses were always quick and friendly. No complaints.

Breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of buffet dishes, the pool was clean and had a jacuzzi, rooms were spotless, staff were kind and welcoming, and it was close to the beach entrance and promenade. I would suggest installing a card access for the entrance door, just like the rooms.
