“Nice location, but something dodgy!”

The hotel is centrally located in Sunset Town with a great view of the nightly fireworks. On arrival, the receptionist insisted we pay in cash, which meant we had to go to an ATM. The hotel tried to direct us to their preferred currency‑exchange shop. I was already suspicious because I’d had a payment scam before and the scammer had all of my booking details. When I went to the ATM, a guy was watching me. I had already reported the hotel, but they have done absolutely nothing! To get breakfast, they take you to a nearby café, which didn’t have the full selection, was full on one occasion so we had to wait, and one day had no electricity, so they couldn’t serve coffee!

The view from the window was magnificent! The room was clean, the shower always had hot water, and the staff were friendly.

The room was spotless and immaculate, and everyone on the staff was friendly. Breakfast was taken on a dedicated tuk‑tuk to a nearby restaurant, and the morning drive felt wonderful. From the rooftop you can also watch the fireworks and show. Getting to the cable car was just a matter of walking down three escalators. The location is excellent, and the price is very reasonable, so I definitely recommend it. No complaints.

The room was comfortable, tiny, and clean. The hotel sits next to escalators that lead to the main square, and the view from the room is lovely. The staff are pleasant and attentive. Thank you. I would appreciate more detailed information in the hotel description, specifically about the conditions under which the cable car ticket is included in the booking price.
